Terms & Conditions

All guests must be at least 18 years of age to receive tattoo or piercing services at our studio.

We may request a valid form of identification (national ID, driver's licence or passport) at the time of your appointment.

We are unable to make exceptions to this policy.

Your wellbeing is our top priority. To ensure a safe session, we kindly ask that you inform us in advance of the following:

Any medications you are currently taking (e.g., blood thinners, antibiotics, Roaccutane),

Known allergies, skin conditions or chronic health concerns.

In certain cases, we may recommend rescheduling your appointment to protect your health.

Please do not discontinue any prescribed medication without first consulting your physician.

If any of the following conditions apply to you, please inform us before your session:

Pregnancy or breastfeeding,

Haemophilia or blood clotting disorders,

Diabetes, epilepsy or cardiovascular conditions,

Immune system disorders or autoimmune diseases,

Use of Roaccutane or similar medication within the past 6 months.

This information is requested solely for your safety and will be kept confidential.

All needles used in our studio are single-use and opened from sterile packaging for each client.

All pigments and inks are CE-certified, professional-grade products that comply with international safety standards.

Our equipment is sterilised before and after every session using an autoclave.

Our artists wear single-use gloves throughout the session and strictly adhere to hygiene protocols.

A modest deposit is required for most appointments to secure your booking.

We will inform you in advance if a deposit is applicable and its amount.

Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service.

While deposits are non-refundable, they may be transferred to a new date provided you reschedule at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment.

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly request at least 48 hours' notice.

Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in forfeiture of your deposit and potential limitations on future bookings.

All original designs created at our studio remain the intellectual property of our artists.

These designs may not be reproduced, modified or applied by another artist without express written consent.

Your respect for our artists' creative work helps sustain the art we love.

We recommend reviewing our Tattoo Care Guide on our website prior to your session.

Arriving well-rested, having eaten and with clean skin will contribute to a smoother experience and better healing.

Please inform us of any relevant medical conditions before your session begins.

Following the aftercare instructions provided is essential for optimal healing and longevity of your tattoo.

Tattoos applied to the back of the hand, palms, fingers, tops of feet and toes have a lower longevity compared to other body areas.

Due to frequent friction, water exposure and rapid cell regeneration in these areas, fading, peeling or distortion of the tattoo is normal and expected.

Guests wishing to have tattoos in these areas will be informed by our artist about the potential outcomes beforehand.

Fading or ink loss in special area tattoos cannot be covered under any guarantee.

We may photograph completed work for inclusion in our portfolio or social media channels.

If you would prefer not to be photographed or featured online, simply let us know — we fully respect your privacy.

Tattoo pricing is determined by the size of the design, level of detail and duration of application, according to the chosen artist.

Any design modifications should be discussed with your artist before the session begins.

Design changes requested after the session has started (additions, enlargements, increased detail, etc.) may be subject to additional charges.

A complete change of design will require a new pricing assessment.

All prices include 20% VAT.

Initial consultation and price quotation are complimentary.

The final price will be confirmed after the design is approved and mutually agreed upon before the session.

We accept payment by cash and credit card.

Our studio cannot be held responsible for infections, fading or healing issues resulting from failure to follow the aftercare instructions provided.

If a touch-up is required despite proper aftercare, we offer a complimentary touch-up within the first 30 days.

Touch-up requests beyond 30 days may be subject to additional charges.

You are welcome to bring one companion for support during your session.

If you wish to bring additional guests, we ask that you inform us in advance so we can ensure everyone's comfort within our studio space.

For the safety of both our guests and team, we reserve the right to decline or discontinue service in the following circumstances:

The guest appears to be under the influence of alcohol or substances,

Conduct that is disruptive or disrespectful to our team or environment,

The identification of health conditions during the session that may compromise safety.
